Day 9

I played outside again in the snow for an hour and worked out for 34 minutes at the gym. I feel like I over ate at dinner. It's hard to track everything you eat sometimes on sparkpeople.com because they don't have all the food you can eat or it can be difficult if you don't measure out the food when you eat and tonite that was my mistake. I also feel that I didn't log in my food after I ate so I couldn't remember what else I may have eaten.

Meal today

Apple Cinnamon Cheerios
Lactaid Mild

Lunch:
Whole Wheat Toast
Jelly
2 eggs
Bacon
Fuze Drink

Dinner:
Fuze Drink
Whole Wheat pasta
shrimp
crackers

Ughhhhh! Feeling Terrible...
