Day 4

Well today was strange! I woke with some serious dizziness. I don't know if it's my body adjusting to the lesser amount of calories. But ANYWAY, today I felt so sluggish but I tried to get my food intake in. When you skip meals your body thinks you are starving so they try to hold on to any fat. So in order to continue to increase my metabolism I try to keep up with my small meals. On days that I feel sluggish or anxious I tend to not eat at all. So I kept that in mind. 
Meal Today-
Breakfast:
Cereal
Milk
Lunch:
Kellogg's Special K Bar
Dinner:
Lean Cuisine Sweet/Spicy Ginger Chicken
Grapes
Water

Didn't eat much but did try to make sure my body didn't feel like it was starving.

UPWARD and ONWARD!
