Day 27

I went to bed last night at 11:30 after getting in 10 mins of Wii and doing my shred-it workout around 8:30p. I woke up this morning around 8:30a. My son also woke up around the same time so I guess going to bed between 10-11:30 will do the trick as far as getting a good night's rest without missing the whole next day. Because when I was going to bed at 3:30a I wasn't getting up until 11a or 12p the next day. Sometimes it would be 1p or 2p...I know, ridiculous right? When you are trying to lose weight you have to get enough sleep or your body will still hold on to that weight. You won't lose weight faster even if you are on a diet and exercising regularly...at  least that how my body works.  No rest equals no weight loss.
