Today I started on my green drink cleanse where I juice until dinner. It will help me possibly lose weight (fat and water weight) and detox a little. I want to start my Jillian Michaels 8 week challenge but I haven't received one of the dvds yet.
I need to drink more water!!!

I know, I know... I need more of a variety in the food but it's very hard to plan my food/meals. But I hope to get that together soon. I was able to get some boxing in.
