Day 13

I think I may have over eaten!! I tried to recreate these fish tacos but using perch instead of tilapia. Perch is only 80 calories per 3oz. (which is great!!) tilapia is about 100 calories. I got low calories tortilla's but I think adding fries set me over on my calorie intake.

I hope to do better...but at least I am aware. The first step is admitting or acknowledging you have a problem! lol
