Day 26

I did my Shred-It/30 mins. Not much else going on but I am retaining water...isn't that great!! We women have to go through alot! I am trying to get on a sleeping schedule that has me waking up at 7,8 , or 9...not 12,1,or2p. So I am trying to get in bed by 11p and not 3 or 4a.
