Day 22

Ok, I started my Jillian Michaels Shred-It. It wasn't to bad. The kettleball does add alot of resistance. So I think I will add the Wii running and 6 Weeks abs 5 days a week.

Green Tea
Whole Wheat Toast

Lunch
Oatmeal Crisp
Milk

Dinner
Whole wheat toast
Bacon
eggs

7 weeks and 6 days!!!!
