Day 7

IT'S BEEN A WEEK!!! I made it through the first week and I made it without passing out!!! While reflecting on the past week, I know that I will have to make a few adjustments in my diet and workout plans. I need to eat more veggies and greens and fruit. I also need to push myself with the workouts that I do. I need do more intense cardio and strength training workouts. I hope to lose at least 20lbs this month!

Meal Today:

Breakfast:
Kellogg's Bar

Lunch:
WholeWheat Bread
Bacon
2 Eggs
Jelly
Kellogg's Bar

Dinner:
Lean Cuisine Chicken Alfredo
Nestle Chocolate Chip/Walnut Cookies
Fuze Drink

I got in 20 minutes of Cardio and my meals today equaled 1420 calories.
