Day 18

I got behind in my school work so I have to pull an all nighter. When I do this I usually have some issues with snacking. Tonight I ate whatever I was going to eat for dinner and stopped there. Once I get on track with my schedule I should be able to plan my meals and eat a better variety of food.

Green Tea w/ Lemon
Apple
Lunch
Cereal
Lactaid Milk
Chips
Dinner:
Cereal
Milk
Chips
