Day 23

Today I really kicked it up with my exercise. I did 17 mins of Wii Running and 30 mins of Shred-it/Level 1. Now I'm pooped! I bought my lean cuisine dinners (I can't wait until they go back on sale!).

Meals
Breakfast:
Blueberry muffins
Juiced (blueberries, strawberries)

Lunch:
Cereal
Lactaid Milk

Dinner:
Pizza

Dessert:
Ice Cream

I need to eat more salads! I need to allow these two elements, diet and exercise, to come together so that I can lose the weight.
