I have really fallen off my wagon with my weightloss. It's very difficult to stay on when you are exercising and eating right and the scale doesn't move. I recently started back walking and eventually will start running but I am trying to look at this one day at a time and how much exercise I can get in one day. I can't seem to get both going at the same time. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. I WANT SO BADLY TO WEAR CLOTHES THAT I LOOK NICE IN AND HEELS! I am trying to get my motivation back. I wish I could find a running\walking partner with the same weighloss goals so that I can have someone that I can check in with and also someone that will hold me accountable with my BS!
